Four Generations of Iraqi Grilling Tradition

Kababchi Grill is more than a restaurant. It is a family tradition.
Established in 2014, Kababchi Grill was created to bring authentic Iraqi grilled food to San Antonio and share the flavors that have been passed down through four generations of kabab makers.

"Kababchi" means Grill Master

It is a title earned through the skill and tradition of preparing exceptional grilled meats.

From Baghdad to San Antonio

Our roots trace back to Baghdad, Iraq, where charcoal grilling has long been an important part of family gatherings and celebrations.

Today, we continue those traditions by preparing food the same way generations before us did.
